On our city tours unlikely. Ghost sightings on walking tours in the busy downtown areas are rare. Although we have had several guests over the years hear unexplained sounds and catch some interesting photos inside the Howe-Waffle mansion in Santa Ana, as well as outside the Royer Mansion and the Chapman Alumni House on the Downtown Orange tour. On our Black Star Canyon tour however, guests have reported seeing dark figures or "shadow people" moving alongside the trail besides them as well as being touched.

The Old Town Orange and San Juan Capistrano Ghost Walks are completely wheelchair accessible. The Santa Ana Ghost Walk is NOT.  The last stop of the tour is the inside of the Howe-Waffle Mansion. There are 4 steps to enter inside the house. The Black Star Canyon tour is on a compacted gravel trail for the most part and could be difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver over certain sections of the trail.
